RED SEAL EXAM PREPARATION COVERAGE
The Commitment to Completion (C2C) Plan is XLR8ed Learning’s exam preparation plan for candidates who want a guarantee that their access continues until they pass their Red Seal exam. When you enrol in the C2C Plan, you receive 10 weeks of initial access to the full Red Seal exam preparation curriculum. If you write your Red Seal exam during that window and pass, your preparation journey is complete. If you don’t pass — and submit your government-issued exam report — we issue 4 weeks of renewed access before each subsequent attempt. There is no limit on how many subsequent attempts the plan covers.
No other Red Seal exam preparation platform offers this level of commitment. Most Red Seal preparation courses sell fixed-duration access — pay once, get a defined number of weeks, and start over if you don’t pass within that window. The C2C Plan removes the risk of paying for preparation that runs out before you’re ready. We support you through every attempt until you pass.
THE C2C COMMITMENT
Three steps from enrolment to your Red Seal credential. If you don’t pass on a given attempt, the C2C Plan extends your course access by 4 weeks before your next exam — every time, with no limit, until you’re certified.
Plan begins. You receive 10 weeks of full course access.
10 Weeks of Access — work through the full Red Seal exam preparation curriculum for your trade.
Write your Red Seal exam. If you pass — your journey is complete. If not, continue to step 4.
4 Weeks of Access — submit your exam report and your access is extended. Return to step 3. Repeat as needed, no limit.

Every renewal requires a valid government-issued Red Seal exam report from your most recent attempt. The 4‑week renewal window begins on the date the report is verified. There is no attempt limit and the plan is non-transferable.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE C2C PLAN
Initial Access Period — 10 weeks of full course access from the date of enrolment, identical in scope to our 10‑Week standard package.
Renewed Access Periods — 4 weeks of renewed access before each subsequent attempt, issued upon submission of a valid government-issued Red Seal exam report from the most recent attempt.
No Attempt Limit — The plan continues for as many subsequent attempts as needed. There is no maximum number of renewal cycles.
Full Curriculum Access — Every renewal cycle includes complete access to the full Red Seal exam preparation curriculum, including all task quizzes, the practice exam, and the mastery tracking system.
Exam Report Analysis Tool — Each renewed access window includes the Exam Report Analysis Tool, allowing every subsequent attempt to be informed by your most recent exam performance.
Mobile App Access — Native iOS and Android app access continues throughout every active access period.
Non-transferability — The C2C Plan is non-transferable. Access is tied to the original enrolling candidate and cannot be reassigned.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE ENROLLING
Each renewal requires submission of a valid government-issued Red Seal exam report from your most recent attempt. The exam report must be issued by the provincial trade authority that administered your exam. We verify each submission before issuing the renewal.
There is no maximum number of Red Seal exam attempts the plan covers. The plan continues for as long as you need it to. The plan also has no expiry date — if a year passes between your first attempt and your second, the C2C Plan still applies when you submit your exam report.
The C2C Plan covers preparation for one Red Seal trade. If you are preparing for multiple trades, separate C2C Plan enrolments are required for each trade. Plan members preparing for multiple trades should contact client.support@xlr8edlearning.ca for arrangements.
The plan is tied to the original enrolling candidate. Red Seal exam preparation access cannot be transferred, sold, or reassigned. This applies to both the initial 10‑week access period and all subsequent renewal cycles.
FREQUENTLY ASKED C2C PLAN QUESTIONS
The C2C Plan and the standard course access the same curriculum. The difference is in the access duration model. Standard course packages provide a fixed window (1 Day through 10 Weeks) and require re-enrolment if you don’t pass within that window. The C2C Plan provides 10 weeks of initial access plus 4 weeks of renewed access before each subsequent attempt — for as many attempts as needed — at no additional charge.

The plan is built around active exam preparation, so candidates not actively preparing during the access window should consider rescheduling their enrolment for a more suitable date.
